All sales are final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped. Because our products are research materials, there's no way to guarantee the integrity of a vial that's been out of our custody, and we will not restock or resell one.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged (broken vial, compromised seal or packaging), contains incorrect items or quantities, is missing an item, or has a verified manufacturing defect, we want to know. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.

How to start a claim

Email info@veprapeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product, label, and packaging. We may request additional documentation before evaluating a claim.

No physical returns

Do not ship products back to us. For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, products cannot be physically returned — approved claims are resolved through replacement or refund without a return shipment.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once fulfillment has started or an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and falls under the policy above.

What we can't accept

We can't offer refunds or replacements for buyer's remorse or ordering errors reported after shipment, products damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery, or claims made outside the seven (7) day window. Products are sold strictly for laboratory research use per our Terms & Conditions.
