How orders move from our facility to your lab — processing times, carriers, packaging, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Shipping methods & rates
All orders ship via 2-day delivery service for a flat rate of $14.
Packaging & handling
Every order ships in discreet, protective packaging designed to keep vials secure in transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during standard shipping windows; no cold-chain handling is required for transit. Upon receipt, store products according to the guidance on each product page.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also find it under Orders in your account.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. Products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use; by placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for research purposes in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@veprapeptides.com with your order number and (for damage) photos of the packaging and contents. We'll make it right — replacement or refund, per our Returns & Refunds policy.
