The metabolic range covers incretin receptor agonists — synthetic peptides that act at the receptors for GLP-1, GIP and glucagon, the signaling system through which the body coordinates nutrient handling. It is the most tightly defined category in the catalog, and the most actively studied.

Two compounds are represented. GLP-1/GIP-T is a dual agonist active at the GIP and GLP-1 receptors, and is the best-characterized compound of its class, which makes it the standard comparator in most published work. GLP-3R adds glucagon receptor activity to those two, and is supplied in 10mg, 20mg and 30mg strengths so that a study can be matched to its scale — smaller vials for range-finding and method development, larger ones where an extended program needs every sample drawn from a single lot.
